GreenMax Zeus-C200 Polyethylene foam densifier is specialized in recycling waste plastic foam like PE by adding heating parts to melt the PE foam on the surface and stick the crushed foam pieces together. The surface melting technology perfectly solves the screw compression issue - by melting the surface, the compacted foam blocks inside would not expand again.
Zeus-C200 foam compactor handles expanded polyethylene (EPE), expanded polypropylene (EPP), expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), polystyrene paper (PSP), as well as food lunch boxes and cups.
